Portfolio Resident Services (PRS) provides on-site, CORES-certified supportive services to our communities at no cost to residents. These industry-leading programs, including education, financial resources, health and fitness, family skills and recreational/social enrichment, are tailored to each development, designed to build connection and empower occupants.
In addition, we trust Asset Living and Texas Inter-Faith Management Corporation (TI-F) to provide outstanding management services that establish community, enhance security, and maintain the integrity of Brompton developments.
Governmental Partnerships:
Brompton is a proud partner of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Texas General Land Office (GLO), 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Housing Bonds and the City of Dallas.
As a member of the Dallas Housing Coalition, Brompton supports the city’s 2024 bond package, including $200 million allocated for affordable housing to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need. We are deeply committed to the cause of safe housing and advocate for local policies that create a more equitable community, where everyone has access to the housing they need to thrive.
