Ellie Fanning is a dynamic leader and passionate advocate for affordable housing across the state.
She got her start on the leasing and property management side of affordable housing at Texas Inter-Faith Corporation in 2008. After a decade in the industry, Ellie has overseen 55,000+ units of affordable multi-family and senior housing contracts at Portfolio Resident Services and continues to lead the charge in development and consulting for the entire Brompton portfolio.
Ellie’s reliable reputation is founded upon an unwavering commitment to improving the lives of residents. She rallies around those eager to assist low-income individuals in creating and securing sustainable housing, grateful to lead a diverse team with statewide impact.
In addition to her role at Brompton, Ellie remains involved in the industry by serving as a member of the TAAHP board, the QAP and Scholarship Committee, the ULI Leadership team and the TACDC roundtable, along with TREC, TAA and NAA. In Washington, D.C., she stays active in NH&RA, NCSHA, AHF Live and HAG.
